Private-label towel MOQ is not one universal number. The base towel, custom color, logo or care label, retail packaging and carton print can each have a different minimum. Ask for every constraint separately, state whether mixed colors or SKUs are allowed and record which configuration the quoted price covers. SPECVANTA confirms the applicable MOQ only in a dated quotation.
1. Separate five minimums
Request the base-product MOQ, color MOQ, branding MOQ, packaging MOQ and carton-print MOQ as separate fields.
- Stock color versus custom-dyed color
- Sewn label, printed label, embroidery or packaging-only brand route
- Plain bulk carton versus printed retail pack
- Single SKU versus mixed-SKU order
2. Link MOQ to price
A lower MOQ can carry a different unit price, setup charge or packaging basis. Every price tier should identify the exact configuration it covers.
3. Use a pilot configuration
For a first quotation, reduce variables: choose stock colors, one label route and simple packaging. This is a commercial simplification, not a promise that every supplier will accept the same minimum.
4. Keep the dated quotation controlling
Marketplace minimums and old quotations can change. Use the SPECVANTA quotation validity and configuration fields as the controlling record.

Method and claim boundary
This guide describes SPECVANTA's RFQ and quality-control method. Product specification, price, MOQ, sample terms, certification scope and delivery time for an order are confirmed only in the applicable SPECVANTA quotation and approved documents.
Review the quality and evidence processCommon questions
Can different towel colors share one MOQ?
Only when the quotation states that mixed colors are permitted and shows any minimum per color.
Is packaging MOQ the same as product MOQ?
Not necessarily. Packaging may be produced by a separate supplier with its own print and material minimums.
Why does private-label pricing need a setup line?
Artwork, plates, embroidery files, labels or packaging preparation can create one-time or order-specific costs that should remain separate from the product unit price.
