SPECVANTA is operated by Wuhan Xingqi Technology Information Services Co., Ltd.. When you submit the wholesale RFQ form, the server records the inquiry and returns a reference number so that the business can respond.
Information collected with an RFQ
The form may collect buyer name, company, business email, WhatsApp or phone, market, product interest, estimated quantity and requirements. The record also includes submission time, browser user agent and a one-way hash of the requesting IP address for rate-limiting and abuse diagnosis. Do not submit payment credentials, identity documents or regulated sensitive data.
Purpose and retention
Inquiry data is used to evaluate and respond to the stated wholesale request, maintain a reference trail and protect the form from abuse. Server-side inquiry records are configured for deletion after 180 days unless a record must be retained for an active business discussion or legal obligation.
Email notification
When the business mailbox authorization is configured, the server sends an inquiry notification to contact@specvanta.com. If notification fails, the server record is retained and the confirmation page provides email and WhatsApp follow-up options.
Other server information
The hosting and reverse-proxy systems may record standard access-log data such as request time, requested path, IP address, browser user agent and response status for security and operational diagnosis. Those infrastructure logs are separate from the RFQ record.
Cookies and analytics
The current public pages do not intentionally deploy analytics, advertising or marketing-cookie tools. This notice must be updated before such tools are added.
Clipboard and contact choices
After submission, you may copy the RFQ summary or choose to follow up through email or WhatsApp. The copy action uses the browser's clipboard only after you select it. WhatsApp and email providers apply their own privacy terms.
