MOQ is confirmed by SPECVANTA for each SKU and project because product color, logo method, packaging and mixed-SKU requirements can have different minimums. The dated quotation is the controlling commercial document.
Yes, sample requests are handled through the RFQ process. SPECVANTA confirms the applicable sample fee, freight, specification and preparation time before the sample order proceeds.
The order specification and approved sample define the product basis. Relevant measurements, packaging checks, inspection scope or laboratory methods are agreed according to the product, market, order value and buyer requirements.
